Gregg Graham has worked in the field of mental health and substance abuse services since 1970. Initially working in community mental services in the South Carolina and North Carolina public systems, he has also worked in community non-profit organizations and for-profit companies in Tennessee and Georgia. Mr. Graham's career includes senior management roles with extensive experience in the development and administration of psychiatric in-patient units, detoxification programs, residential treatment facilities, managed care programs including at-risk contracts, health call/clinical triage crisis lines and mental health emergency services.

Since 2000 he has focused on the growth and development of his company, Behavioral Health Link, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Graham serves as President/CEO and is Senior Partner. BHL currently provides the state wide access and crisis program for the Georgia Division Mental Health Developmental Disabilities Addictive Disease service system. Mr. Graham's area of specific professional expertise and interest is the development and operation of mental health and substance abuse crisis response systems.
