Thank you to everyone who attended Mental Health America's 2008 Annual Conference and Inaugural Promotion & Prevention Summit and helped make it such a resounding success. This year we added the Inaugural Promotion and Prevention Summit to our conference agenda. The Summit was a unique opportunity for people and organizations that are committed to advancing a prevention and promotion agenda to drive down the tragically high rates and profound impact of mental illnesses in the United States. The Summit featured talks from renowned national and international experts and breakouts on cutting edge research and community success stories, while providing plenty of networking opportunities.
